CEO and Founder

  Jane is responsible for the overall operations and business strategy of the company. She is passionate about making technology work for people and making people’s lives easier.

For 20 years, Jane’s career has been exclusively in the hospitality industry with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). While at IHG, she held several Finance and Operations leadership roles in the Americas, including VP of Operations Finance, VP of Commercial Finance, VP of FP&A and Director of Operations Performance and Analysis. 

Additionally, her hotel experience covers a variety of on-property and corporate responsibilities, including hotel accounting, hotel auditing, technology projects, 

and franchise and management operations.

CTO and Founder

Aden leads our company’s technology research and product development efforts. He is a seasoned technologist and avid entrepreneur.

As the founder and General Manager of Hibay Soft Ltd, Aden leads a successful

technology company that has served more than four thousand clients over the past ten

years. His clients have included technology companies such as Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent and Google. Before Hibay Soft, Aden held various technology roles at Lucent Technologies including R&D Engineer, Technology Manager and Director of R&D.
